Monday, March 2 from 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (two seatings)

All’onda – 22 E. 13th Street (between 5th Avenue and University Place)

Admission: $115/$105 The Gohan Society Members

Chef Chris Jaeckle of All’onda, the modern Italian restaurant near Union Square, teams up with Hakata Tonton’s Chef Koji Hagihara to prepare a six-course tasting menu that brings the flavors of Italy and Japan together in delicious ramen dishes.

The ticket price includes tax, tip, and sake pairing by Wine of Japan.

1st course
Shellfish Ravioli- Bonito poultry dashi  (Koji Hagihara)
Culingionis “Gyoza”- Veal breast, colatura dip (Chris Jaeckle)

2nd course
Okinawa Style Ramen Bolognese (Koji Hagihara)
Bigoli- oxtail ragu, radicchio, mint (Chris Jaeckle)

3rd course
Berkshire pork Chashu Ramen – wood ear mushroom, ginger, bonito (Koji Hagihara)
Ramen- lamb belly, eggplant, tomato chili oil (Chris Jaeckle)
