Small Business Saturday® Kimono Sale

Saturday, November 28 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Kaede NYC – 45 W 34th Street, # 1107

Kaede NYC, a unique fashion consultancy that specializes in Japanese kimono rental and styling for both the Asian and U.S. markets, is participating in American Express’s Small Business Saturday®.

Kaede NYC will have both traditional and casual kimono dressing workshops and will offer special discounts on kimono and kimono accessories. One lucky customer will win a kimono set!

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Door Buster – 25% off already discounted items for the first five people

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Special Discounts on Vintage Obi and Haori

2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Styling workshop – Ways to wear kimono and accessories as everyday wear

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Traditional kimono wearing workshop (suggested donation $25 per person)

5:00 p.m.: Raffle Drawing

There will also be a representative from Retirement Aspirations to answer questions about registering for New York State Health Exchange.

Today, it is part of the holiday shopping tradition, where shoppers, businesses, government officials, local organizations, and corporate partners come together to celebrate their neighborhoods on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
