Dancing for Japan 2017 Japan Earthquake / Tsunami Relief Benefit Concert

Thursday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)

Admission: $25 in advance/$30 at the door

Dancing for Japan is an organization founded by New York –based Japanese dance artists to create awareness of the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011, which triggered a devastating tsunami and meltdown of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.

Curated by Martha Graham principal dancer Miki Orihara, the event features artists Erin Dillon, Roxane D’Orleans Juste, Ask la Cour Rasmussen, the Francesca Harper Project, TAKE Dance, RIOULT Dance NY, and Senri Oe.

Proceeds from the benefit go directly to help victims and families of the disaster through the non-profit organization Katariba.
