About Meals for Unity

Born from a one-time initiative to cook 100 meals for Chinatown’s elderly during the height of the pandemic, Meals for Unity grew into a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity in May 2021. Meals for Unity provides meals to the food insecure while spreading awareness of social inequalities in AAPI communities across New York City. For more information, please visit their website.
