There are all kinds of Japanese restaurants in New York City, and a lot of creativity goes into making the dishes attractive to New Yorkers. This one caught our eye, and it hasn’t even opened yet.
Shalom Japan is coming this summer to Brooklyn, promising “authentically inauthentic Jewish and Japanese food.” The menu will contain both types of cuisines, putting the spotlight on the differences as well as the similarities.
