TEISUI, a new Japanese yakitori kaiseki restaurant in NoMad, is hosting its first special sake dinner, a five-course meal prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients paired with sakes from the oldest brewery in Miyagi Prefecture.

Chefs Nobutaka Watanabe and Yuichiro Yoshimura will create a unique kaiseki dining experience that is the trademark of TEISUI, the sister property of TEISUI Ryokan in Akita Prefecture. Ken Uchigasaki, owner of Hoyo Brewing Company, will explain the philosophy and style of his brewery, which was founded in 1661.
