CRS (Center for Remembering and Sharing) and Mar Creation, Inc. continue their seasonal concert series Four Seasons in New York — Gems of Japanese Music, with acclaimed koto and shamisen player Yoko Reikano Kimura, whose wide-ranging repertoire features classical music and improvisational pieces. Discover traditional Japanese music offered together with an exclusive taste of beautiful Japanese seasonal sweet prepared by mochi Rin. This will be Volume 15 and the final concert of the 2018-19 season of Four Seasons in New York — Gems of Japanese Music, which is supported by Mar Creation, Inc.

The Summer Program:

  • Kagerou no Odori (Mirage Dance) – Composed by Kin’ichi Nakanoshima
  • Uya no Tsuki (The Moon on a Rainy Night) – Composed by Shosei Nakanoshima. With Ukiyo-e prints on display

Tickets are $30 and include exclusive seasonal wagashi (beautiful Japanese confectionary). The concert will be held in the award-winning White Room at CRS.
