Donald Keene Center of Japanese Culture presents a talk by Ivan Ramen, the chef/owner of the popular Ivan Ramen restaurant and NYC Slurp Shop at Gotham West Market.
Nathan Shockey, Assistant Professor of Japanese, Bard College, will facilitate the discussion.
The Columbia University Bookstore will provide copies for sale Orkin’s book Ivan Ramen: Love, Obsession, and Recipes from Tokyo’s Most Unlikely Noodle Joint. The number of copies is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
