J-Collabo Free Open Class and Film Screening

Experience Japanese culture in Brooklyn with open classes offered by J-Collabo, a social network that collaborates with artists from different disciplines to make the wonders of Japan accessible to New Yorkers.
On Sunday, September 18 J-Collabo will hold a suibokuga, or Japanese ink painting, class. At the end of the class, you will draw paintings on a postcard as your own souvenir!

- Origami, paper folding
Also on Sunday, New York Japan Cinefest will screen Japanese short films from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
