In an attempt to saturate social media networks, JapanCulture•NYC is now on Pinterest, a virtual bulletin board that allows members to share photos and videos. I’ve set up “boards” and started “pinning” a few items that are related to Japan and Japanese culture in New York. Check out what interests me at http://pinterest.com/japanculturenyc/.
I’ve also created a tumblr. blog where I’ll post a Japanese-related photo of the day. (It’ll probably involve food.) You can find that at http://japanculturenyc.tumblr.com/.
The JC•NYC flickr account has been active for a while, but I’ve recently begun the painstaking process of uploading the hundreds of pictures I’ve taken at events around the city. Watch for more sets of the street fairs, cherry blossom festivals, concerts, and fundraisers at http://www.flickr.com/photos/japanculturenyc/.
Of course, you can “like” JC•NYC on Facebook and follow @JapanCultureNYC on Twitter.
Still trying to figure out Google+ . . .
