New York Natto Dinner

Wednesday, June 6 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Megu – 355 W. 16th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenues)

Admission: $40

Enjoy New York’s first all-natto dinner at this unique meal experience hosted by NYrture and Megu. Japan’s fermented, probiotic superfood, produced in Brooklyn by NYrture, will be the featured menu item.

Megu Chef David Rashty will prepare a six-course meal of natto dishes with creative contributions from Chefs Angela Dimayuga of The Standard International and Emily Yuen of Bessou. Mixologist Arley Marks of Honey’s will create a special natto cocktail.

NYrture founder Dr. Ann Yonetani recently conducted a talk and tasting at Japan Society, and she’s moving forward with her plan to educate all New Yorkers about natto. Learn about the amazing health benefits, cultural history, and surprising modern American role in the global production of this ancient Japanese delicacy.
