Sake Discoveries presents its first Saga Sake pop up of 2023. The event, which will take place at Brooklyn Kura in Industry City, will feature 15 different kinds of sake from Saga Prefecture, including Amabuki, Azumaichi, Koimari, Mitsutake, and Yano breweries, as well as Brooklyn Kura. Kensuke Shichida, the sixth-generation president of Tenzan Brewery, will be their special guest.

Chef Abe Hiroki of Chef Abe’s Kitchen will provide passed appetizers. His menu will include key items from Saga Prefecture, such as famous Arita seaweed. The price of admission includes tax and tip. To purchase tickets, please visit the Sake Discoveries Eventbrite page.
