Sake and Cheese with Joto Sake

Sake is a Japanese beverage, but that doesn’t mean it must be served with strictly Japanese cuisine. Joto Sake’s mission is to serve as a bridge between Japanese artisanal sake and the American market.
Ryan Mellinger, Joto Sake’s New York Sales Manager, will team up with a cheesemonger from Bedford Cheese Shop for a special night of pairing sake with cheese. You can already taste the umami, can’t you?
