The Season for Sanma

Sanma is the thing for autumn, and we’ve been enjoying a lot of it lately. Normally we grill sanma (Pacific saury) whole, we saw a cooking show on Japanese television that recommended cutting the sanma into three chunks before grilling.

We made a little video of it:

Whether you cook it whole or chop it up, sanma is the perfect fish for the fall!
