Learn about the taste, profile, and secret insider information. Joly will share the history behind the brewery, and participants will be able to ask questions. This is a unique opportunity to have a conversation with a sake producer.

These Lounge and Learn sessions on Zoom take the place Joly’s regular, physical Monday night happy hour gig at SakaMai in the Lower East Side, which is on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic.
