Takumen, an izakaya in Long Island City, is celebrating the installation of a Toki Highball Tower on the eve of the Fourth of July.

Toki is a blended Japanese whisky by Suntory, whose founder, Shinjiro Torii, established Japan’s first whisky distillery in the early 1920s. Suntory invented a special high-carbonated highball tower that makes high-quality highballs with Toki.
Check-in for Takumen’s Toki Highball Party runs from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and the party ends at 10:00 p.m.
Included in the cost of admission are two glasses of Toki Highball, a special assorted plate by Takumen, and tax and tip.
