Celebrate World Sake Day 2026 with us at Bin Bin and Rule of Thirds!
A ticket includes admission to the event, unlimited tastings of sake, Bin Bin memorabilia cup, and a special discount at the Bin Bin shop for take-home bottles.
Each sake being poured during this event has been selected by the Bin Bin team in collaboration with their distributors. They’ll showcase some of their favorite products and introduce you to your new favorite, too.
There will be a vendor market highlighting incredible local art and Japanese crafts, as well as a food vendors and DJ.

What is Sake Day?
October marks the beginning of the sake-brewing season in Japan. The month is perfectly situated for brewing, as it is just after the September rice harvest and leads into winter, which is the ideal time for fermentation. October 1st is celebrated as Nihonshu no Hi, or World Sake Day. It was officially designated as such by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association in 1978.
