Sake Pairing Dinner — YOHAKU NY × Brooklyn Kura × UZUKI
Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
UZUKI – 95 Guernsey Street, Brooklyn
Admission: $180 per person + tax & gratuity
This intimate evening brings together Ikebana, sake, and Japanese cuisine, featuring UZUKI’s dinner menu, three sake pairings from Brooklyn Kura, and a collaborative Ikebana experience led by YOHAKU NY.
Guests will enjoy a coursed Japanese dinner by UZUKI paired with three Brooklyn Kura sakes, alongside an ikebana presentation and experience by YOHAKU NY. For the Ikebana experience, rather than creating individual arrangements, guests will come together to create one collaborative piece — a shared expression shaped through flowers, conversation, and the people around the table.
From arranging flowers to gathering around a table, this event offers different ways to encounter Japanese culture — through creativity, taste, craftsmanship, and conversation. Explore what can emerge when traditions rooted in Japan become part of contemporary life in New York.
